SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY/DISPATCH TIMES
Orders will be processed on the day the order is received (excluding Saturday & Sunday) and you will receive a confirmation of that order within 24 hours of receipt, but due to the specialised nature of our products they can take up to seven to ten working days for orders to be dispatched.

RETURNS

We check each order by hand before dispatch but if the order is incorrect, the product is faulty or if the product has been damaged in transit (see transit damage in our terms of use) you may return the product within 10 days.

POSTER RETURN POLICY

All posters are printed to order therefore we can only accept returns if the order is incorrect, the product is faulty or damaged in transit (as stated above).

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

On your email to us make sure you tell us:

  1. Your order number

  2. Which item(s) you wish to return

  3. The reason for returning

  4. Want an exchange? Tell us what you'd like to replace your item with

  5. Or let us know if you want a full product refund

We will endeavour reply to all exchange and refund queries within one working day.


PLEASE REMEMBER

  • Allow 3-5 working days once the goods have reached us to process returns.

  • Any returns received after 30 days will not be processed.

  • All refunds will be credited back to the original method used to place the order.

  • Credit/debit card transactions can take 3-5 working days to show on your bank statement.

  • Please ensure your account details are current and up-to-date, as we may need to contact you regarding your return via email or telephone.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

​Customers are accountable for return shipping charges unless the goods are faulty then we will refund your postage. Goods are the customer's responsibility until they arrive with our customer service team.

Our returns policy does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
